These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 9n9n9n platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to hold a 9n9n9n account. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. We verify age through mandatory KYC checks against your Indonesian National ID (KTP).
Each individual may hold exactly one 9n9n9n account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether different email addresses or phone numbers are used — will be suspended and any associated balances may be voided pending investigation.
All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on 9n9n9n are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Funds are transferred exclusively through verified Indonesian bank accounts and approved e-wallets.
All promotional bonuses, free spins, and cashback credits are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before fulfilling requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting bots, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. 9n9n9n reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where prohibited activity is detected, with or without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9n9n9n holds its international gaming license. Disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be referred to the relevant licensing authority's arbitration mechanism.
Important Notice: By accessing or using the 9n9n9n platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 2.2 9n9n9n reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility condition has not been met or has ceased to be met.
Age Restriction: 9n9n9n does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21. If we discover that an Account holder is under 21, the Account will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds returned after verification, less any charges incurred. Bonus winnings accumulated during this period will be forfeited.
3.1 To access real-money betting and gaming features on 9n9n9n, you must create a registered Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian National ID number (NIK from KTP), phone number, email address, and preferred payment method.
3.2 You must maintain only one Account per person. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using different contact details, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 9n9n9n will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
3.4 You must notify 9n9n9n promptly if any of your registered information changes, including your email address, phone number, or bank account details. Operating an Account with outdated information may delay withdrawal processing or trigger a KYC re-verification request.
3.5 9n9n9n reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
4.1 9n9n9n is required to verify the identity of all Account holders before processing withdrawal requests or granting access to certain promotional offers. The standard KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

5.1 All deposits to your 9n9n9n Account must be made through a Supported Payment Method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a bank account or e-wallet belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source account after deducting any processing fees incurred.

5.6 Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal, as a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the same name as the 9n9n9n Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment channel and tier level; players are advised to consult the cashier section of the platform for current limits applicable to their Account.
6.3 Before a withdrawal can be processed, the Account must have completed KYC verification in full. Accounts with pending KYC documentation will have withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is complete.

7.1 9n9n9n offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback programs, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement and take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is a conflict.
7.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply:

8.1 All bets placed on 9n9n9n are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, togel, or other games — as published in the platform's Help and Rules sections. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules prevail for matters relating to bet settlement.
8.2 Sports betting on 9n9n9n covers domestic Indonesian football (BRI Liga 1), international club competitions (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League), and international tournaments including the FIFA World Cup and AFF Championship. Asian handicap markets — commonly referred to locally as voor bola (a handicap betting format widely used in Indonesian sports wagering) — are available on all major football fixtures.
8.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market type, and event. 9n9n9n reserves the right to adjust stake limits on specific events or for specific Accounts without prior notice.
8.4 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform (indicated by a confirmation notification and appearance in your bet history), it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 9n9n9n may cancel a bet in the following circumstances:
8.5 Live in-play betting markets are suspended and re-priced frequently during events. A bet attempt during a suspension period will not be accepted; the platform will notify you that the market is temporarily unavailable.
8.6 All slot and casino game outcomes on 9n9n9n are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9n9n9n platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
13.1 The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 9n9n9n is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
13.2 9n9n9n collects personal data necessary for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, payment processing, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

14.1 9n9n9n reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email and an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 Continued use of the 9n9n9n platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw your remaining Balance.
14.3 The date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9n9n9n holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 9n9n9n, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 14 days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant licensing authority. 9n9n9n will participate in good faith in any such process.
15.4 Any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction referenced in clause 15.1, and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.
